Mis-under-estimated

Hi Kari:

It's a final... Bush 286 Kerry 252. I guess Iowa and New Mexico's numbers are finally firm enough that the newsies have put those in the Bush column.

I have to say as I watched Fox News, Bill Kristol was looking glum as those early exit polls showed a potential Kerry landslide. But as the night wore on it became apparent that the exits were overstating Kerry's strength and Kristol started to perk up and Juan Williams starting looking glum.

Anyway, I'm glad the result was clear.
